We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.

It is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions each time you visit the web site and your use of the website will be deemed as your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.

At In Car Safety Centre we take Security very seriously.

Our Payment processing partner uses the latest and best 128bit security to ensure that your credit card details are always protected when you shop online.

When shopping online In Car Safety Centre never receives your credit card information, this is all taken care of by our processing partner.

Ordering

Your order will be processed no later than the next working day from the point of ordering. We will send you out an order acknowledgement email at the confirmation stage of the ordering process, which will detail the products you have ordered. At this stage, the order acknowledgement does not constitute an order confirmation or order acceptance on the part of In-Car Safety.

Unless we have notified you that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between us will take place on the dispatch of the goods.

Goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. Information on products such as dimensions, weights and colours are intended as a guide only.

Order Confirmation Process

As a company we are trying hard to reflect within our website the same level of responsibility that we take, when we make a sale to a customer in store.

When you make a purchase online from us, we ask for certain information, and this will allow us to check (using our experience) that the seat is suitable for your child and in the vehicle(s) that it may be used in. We will also check with the seat manufacturer ‘approval list’, that the seat has been ‘approved’ for use in your car.

It is possible, that we may refer back to you if we feel that there may be an issue with the seat you have ordered from us. This is not to interfere with your decision, but to assist you in purchasing the most suitable seat for your child and the vehicle.

When we confirm delivery, we will send a PDF of instructions for the seat and where possible a video link to a fitting demonstration. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance in fitting the seat. It is most important that the seat is fitted correctly.

Delivery

This website is intended only for the delivery of products to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland addresses.

All goods other than seat covers and some accessories, which are delivered by Royal Mail, must be signed for by and adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery is Free for orders over £50 exc VAT to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland. For deliveries outside these areas, please email us for shipping costs, which vary and are weight dependent. Every effort to deliver the goods (other than seat covers and accessories) on a next day basis is made using DPD Group. Accessories are dispatched using Royal Mail and you should allow 4-5 days. Occasionally unforeseen events can cause some delays.

If you are unavailable to take collection on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will normally be made the next working day. Should the delivery of goods be refused or should you be unavailable to take collection on either attempt, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred. Deliveries can be made between 8am-8pm.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Payment

Once we receive your order and check your card details and stock availability, the payment is taken from your card.

Goods are subject to availability and in the event we are unable to supply your request, we will inform you as soon as possible. Goods that have already been paid for in this case will be fully refunded.

The price displayed on our website at the time your order is accepted is the price that you will pay except under the following circumstance:

We endeavour to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but unfortunately errors can occur. If it is discovered that an error has been made in the price of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the corrected price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

All prices shown on this website are in £ Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations

In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel your order, please advise us as soon as possible in writing, (email, letter or fax) giving us your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations cannot be accepted over the phone, as there must be documented correspondence.

If the cancellation is advised to us after despatch, you will be responsible for any courier charges for its return.

Privacy Policy

In Car Safety Centre does not disclose any information on its customers to any third party on any occasion. The only exception to this policy is for our courier’s delivery requirements.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

·         Can be redeemed for Car seats and/or accessories.

·         Non-refundable, nor transferable without approval from ICSC.

·         Not redeemable for cash.

·         If this certificate is lost or damaged please contact ICSC immediately, and provide either proof of purchase or proof of identity of recipient. We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen and used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

·         It permissible to use the gift certificate as part payment.

·         We allow gift certificates to be combined or contributed to by a number of parties, if you wish to do this please let us know and we will set this up.

·         Purchase via gift voucher does not affect your statutory rights – Consumer rights act 2015.

·         Where Products purchased online with a Gift Certificate are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Certificate.
