The Baby-Safe 3 i-Size Car Seat is with you and your baby from birth up to 15 months. The removable new-born insert and lie-flat technology ensure ultimate levels of ergonomic comfort.
The infant carrier is compatible with the Flex Base iSense (available separately), which allows for an easy and quick installation to the car, plus provides an optimised and more ergonomic lying position for your baby. Long lasting comfort The BABY-SAFE 3 i-SIZE can be used from birth up to 15 months and provides cosy comfort at all times. The newborn insert ensures ergonomic safety for the newborn babies, while the patented integral lie-flat recline mechanism provides the most ergonomic position according to your baby's height, and the headrest can be adjusted to allow for more space as your baby grows.
Freedom through compatibility The BABY-SAFE 3 i-SIZE easily clicks onto the FLEX BASE iSENSE. Lifting and re-installing the BABY-SAFE 3 i-SIZE is quick and easy, allowing you to enjoy seamless freedom on the go.
Turn for easy access – the rotatable base Seating and harnessing your little one is quick and easy: Just turn the BABY-SAFE 3 i-SIZE to towards the open car door when it is installed on the FLEX BASE iSENSE. This makes transitions between car rides and walks with a pushchair much more comfortable.
Easy access The rotating feature of the base (available separately) allows you to turn the infant carrier to the open car door, making it easy to remove you baby from the seat and put them into the carrycot on the pushchair for longer walks or simply back into the house.
Lie-flat technology Allows for a more comfortable and more ergonomic position for newborns. Our patented integral recline mechanism allows you to adjust the flatness of the lying position according to the child’s height. The position changes automatically when adjusting the headrest, increasing the space to suit your child’s development. The shoulder straps also adjust automatically when adjusting the headrest.
Newborn insert Especially designed to give extra support to small babies. The included newborn insert with removable, energy-absorbing foam pads reduces the space and offers additional comfort.
Easy release with CLICK & GO® adapters The infant carrier can easily be taken off the pushchair so parent can remain in an ergonomic, upright position while lifting the carrier up. Simply use the handle at the back of the infant carrier to unlock it from the pushchair and lift it off with ease.
5-point harness We believe a 5-point harness is the safest way to secure your child in a car seat because it keeps your child safe and tight in the seat’s protective shell. In the event of a collision, the harness distributes the forces of the impact across 5 points, two at the shoulders, two at the hips and one where the harness buckles between the legs. This helps to protect your child from all directions of impact.
Easy adjustable headrest and harness Our padded headrest and harness can easily be adjusted with one hand to suit your child’s height. Before you secure your little one in the harness, check to make sure the headrest is in the correct position – just above its shoulders.
Adjustable handle The adjustable handle allows you to easily move it to the back and place your child in the infant carrier. Simply press the buttons on each side of the handle to unlock and move it. When the carrier is placed on the floor, we recommend folding the handle back completely to prevent rocking.
Sun canopy The sun canopy offers protection for your child from the sun (UPF 50+) and wind both in the car and on the pushchair. The attachment points are conveniently located on the sides of the handle so you can carry the infant carrier while the sun canopy is in use.
